Miami hostages discharged from Coral Gables Bank

In Coral Gables, near to Miami, Florida, a Bank of America was taken hostage. The scenario is already winding down.. The Miami financial institution hostage scenario may have really started on Thursday evening. There was a home invasion and kidnapping that might be linked. Law enforcement confirmed the hostage scenario was over before noon on Friday morning. All hostages were out of the building.

Thursday evening, there was a kidnapping connected to the Coral Gables Bank of America heist. The kidnapper forced the individual to strap a bomb to himself and go into Coral Gables Bank of America. The response to the hostage scenario started at 8 within the morning. U.S. 1 in both directions, Metrorail, the nearby University of Miami, and two elementary schools were all locked down during the response.

Miami hostage kidnapped Thurs night

The Coral Gables Bank robbery started on Thurs night, with a home attack at the Nob Hill apartments. The perpetrators are still at-large. Police have asked residents to keep an eye out for a red Mustang with two people driving it. The FBI and police have not yet said if the people responsible actually entered the bank themselves. Either way, it was a Bank of America employee that was strapped to the explosive device. There is not yet a word on if the Coral Gables Bank hostage was actually a robbery, or if there was some other motivation for the crimes.

Explosive device diffused after the Miami hostage scenario ended

There has been confirmation that the Coral Gables Bank was taken hostage. Just three and a half hours after the Miami hostage scenario began, the last individuals had left the building. The bomb that had been strapped to an employee was apparently removed, because every person left the structure and the explosive device was still inside. The bomb, which was originally reported as strapped to the kidnapped employee, may nevertheless be inside the Coral Gables bank. Until everything was declared safe, the highways, public transportation, and schools were all kept closed.
